Volleyball Recap: Elizabethtown Takes a Loss

Elizabethtown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Northern York Polar Bears.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-22, 25-22.

Tyler Allen was his usual excellent self, getting three digs, two aces, and one block for Northern York. Allen is also crushing it when it comes to assists: he's posted at least 20 every time he's taken the court this season.

Elizabethtown's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Northern York, their victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-3.

Coming up, Elizabethtown will host Penn Manor at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northern York, they will venture away from home to square off against Central Dauphin East at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
