After losing to Wimberley the last time they met, Navarro decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Panthers put the hurt on the Texans with a sharp 19-9 win on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Navarro's victory bumped their record up to 4-14-1. As for Wimberley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-16.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Navarro will square off against Fredericksburg at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Billies will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Wimberley, they will venture away from home to square off against Davenport at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wolves' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Texans' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
