Volleyball Game Preview: Manchester Lancers vs. Cosby Titans

Manchester is 0-6 against Cosby since March of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Lancers will head out on the road to square off against the Titans at 7:00 p.m. Manchester will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Manchester made easy work of Clover Hill and carried off a 3-0 victory.

The home team had won the previous two meetings between Cosby and James River Midlothian, and James River Midlothian kept the tradition alive. The Titans fell just short of the Rapids by a score of 3-2 on Thursday.

Manchester's win bumped their record up to 14-4. As for Cosby, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-6.

Manchester couldn't quite get it done against Cosby when the teams last played back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Lancers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
