Bert Corona Charter had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Valley Oaks CES Vanguards. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Knights also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2025.

Bert Corona Charter was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-21, 18-25, 25-20, 25-23.

Bert Corona Charter's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Valley Oaks CES, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
