Basketball Recap: Surrey Takes a Loss

Surrey lost against Velva back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Surrey Mustangs took a blow against the Velva Aggies, falling 100-47. The Mustangs just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Surrey now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Velva, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3.

Surrey will welcome Our Redeemer's Christian at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Velva, they will head out on the road to challenge Divide County at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
