Soccer Recap: Cleburne County Find Success

Cleburne County barely beat Childersburg the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Cleburne County never let Childersburg get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory on Friday. The contest was close at halftime, but Cleburne County turned on the heat in the second half with three goals.

Cleburne County's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Childersburg, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.

Coming up, Cleburne County will take on Temple at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Childersburg, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Shelby County at 5:00 p.m. on the 31st.
