Basketball Recap: Scott Takes a Loss

If Scott was riding high fresh off their 52-16 takedown of Mt. Clemens last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Scott Bulldogs were just a bucket shy of victory on Monday and fell 41-40 to the Rogers Rams. The Bulldogs lost against the Rams in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 64-36 score last time.

Scott now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Rogers, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Scott will head out to face off against Put-in-Bay at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday. As for Rogers, they will head out on the road to challenge Rossford at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
