Basketball Game Preview: Spotsylvania Knights vs. Caroline Cavaliers

Spotsylvania is 0-10 against Caroline since January of 2020 but things could change on Friday. The Spotsylvania Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Caroline Cavaliers at 6:30 p.m.

Spotsylvania is headed into Friday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 26th straight game dating back to last season on Tuesday. They took a blow against Culpeper County, falling 82-52.

Meanwhile, Caroline beat James Monroe 62-50 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cavaliers.

Spotsylvania's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Caroline, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.

Spotsylvania took a serious blow against Caroline when the teams last played back in January of 2024, falling 81-31. Can Spotsylvania avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
