Williston extended their postseason success on Thursday against Fort Meade. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 9-7 victory over the Miners. The Red Devils haven't had any issues with the Miners recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Jayla Coleman and Baylee Cribbs did most of the damage at the plate: Coleman went 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI, while Cribbs went 2-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. That's the most runs Coleman has posted since back in March. Aubrey Bertrand was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Williston kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are 9-1 when they post 11 or more hits.
