The Gibson County Pioneers will head out to square off against the Covington Chargers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The last three games Gibson County has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Gibson County came out on top against Westview on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run sixth inning. The Pioneers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-4 victory over the Chargers. That's two games straight that the Pioneers have won by just one run.
