Softball Recap: Chelsea Comes Up Short

Chelsea was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 18-8 to Green. If the Lions were looking for revenge after losing 12-2 to Green when the teams met back in May of 2019, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Chelsea's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Green, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chelsea will host Collaborative Education at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Green, they will square off against East Side Community at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
