Football Recap: Onekama's Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Ten + How To Watch

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Onekama had no problem doing just that on Friday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 42-14 win over the Hillman Tigers. The result was nothing new for the Portagers, who have now won eight contests by 22 points or more so far this season.

Leading Onekama to victory were Luke Bradford and Chase Gauthier. Bradford picked up 49 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while Gauthier gained 88 total yards. The dominant performance also gave Bradford a new career-high in passing yards (six).

Onekama's run defense was locked in: Hillman could only muster 1.4 yards per carry. The Portagers didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged seven.

Although Hillman took the loss, they still got scores from Eddie Prue and Evan Crane.

The victory keeps Onekama at an undefeated 10-0. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 44.5 points this season. As for Hillman, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Onekama nor Hillman have any future games scheduled.
