New Designs University Park waltzed into their contest on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the USC Hybrid Trojans by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in March.

New Designs University Park walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 20-25, 25-23, 26-24.

Despite the loss, USC Hybrid still got an impressive performance from Francisco Sandoval, who had 62 digs. Sandoval has been hot, having posted 12 or more digs the last seven times he's played. Anthony Ramirez was another key player, getting 17 blocks and six digs.

New Designs University Park pushed their record up to 12-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for USC Hybrid, the loss snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 8-6 record.

New Designs University Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for USC Hybrid, they will be playing at home against Animo Robinson at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
