Volleyball Recap: Kennedy Takes a Loss

Kennedy lost against Overland back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Kennedy Commanders lost 3-0 to the Overland Trailblazers.

The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-8, 25-23.

Trevor O'Shea was nothing short of spectacular for Overland: he had seven digs and seven aces. That's the most aces O'Shea has posted since back in April of 2024.

Kennedy's loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Overland, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kennedy will challenge Denver West at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Overland will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Gateway at 6:30 p.m. on March 25th.
