Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Anna Rodgers and Jillian Cratty Lead Rocky Grove to Victory

There's no place like home for Rocky Grove, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Commodore Perry Panthers on Tuesday. The Orioles have beaten the Panthers the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Panthers has come to flipping the script.

Rocky Grove never let Commodore Perry on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-22, 25-11.

Rocky Grove was led to victory by Jillian Cratty and Anna Rodgers. Cratty had nine digs and three aces, while Rodgers had eight digs and four assists. Cratty is also crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 12 every time she's taken the court this season.

Rocky Grove's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Commodore Perry, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-8.
