Baseball Recap: Episcopal School of Jacksonville Falls Short of Trinity Christian Academy in the Playoffs

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Episcopal School of Jacksonville couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell 9-4 to the Trinity Christian Academy Conquerors on Tuesday. The Eagles have struggled against the Conquerors recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Jack Ottesen was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.

Episcopal School of Jacksonville's defeat dropped their record down to 22-8. As for Trinity Christian Academy, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 27-4.

As of now, neither Episcopal School of Jacksonville nor the Conquerors have any future games scheduled.
