Basketball Game Preview: Carroll Tigers vs. A-D-M Tigers

Carroll and A-D-M are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2020, but not for long. The Carroll Tigers will head out on the road to take on the A-D-M Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Carroll knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully A-D-M likes a good challenge.

It was a proper cat-fight when Carroll took on Carlisle on Friday. Carroll slipped by Carlisle 55-54.

Meanwhile, A-D-M waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They took down the Comets 52-33. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 27th, while the Comets are ranked 104th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

A-D-M is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Carroll, their victory bumped their record up to 4-7.

Carroll might still be hurting after the 78-52 loss they got from A-D-M when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Can Carroll avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
