Volleyball Recap: Parkland Falls Short of Bethlehem Catholic in the Playoffs

Parkland and Bethlehem Catholic squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Parkland had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks. The Trojans have struggled against the Hawks recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Despite the loss, Parkland saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Chloe Coonradt had 19 digs and two assists. Coonradt has been hot, having posted 12 or more digs the last five times she's played.

Parkland's defeat dropped their record down to 19-9-1. As for Bethlehem Catholic, the win keeps them at an undefeated 19-0.

As of now, neither Parkland nor the Hawks have any future games scheduled.
