Volleyball Recap: Wilkes-Barre Has No Trouble Against Dallas

Wilkes-Barre not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 9th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Dallas Mountaineers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolfpack.

The win didn't come easy: Dallas scored at least 21 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-22, 28-26.

It was another big night for Jordany Rodriguez, who had 34 digs, 12 kills, and one block. He is on a roll when it comes to kills, as he's now had five or more in each of the last 15 games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Tijan Njai, who had 31 assists and 15 digs.

Wilkes-Barre's victory bumped their record up to 13-10-2. As for Dallas, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Coming up, Wilkes-Barre will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Berwick at 4:30 p.m. As for Dallas, they are taking a road trip to face off against Pocono Mountain West at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
