Charleston Collegiate hadn't done well against Cathedral Academy recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Sundevils were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Generals. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Charleston Collegiate was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-18, 25-14.

The win made it two in a row for Charleston Collegiate and bumps their season record up to 10-11. As for Cathedral Academy, their loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-13.
