Will Rogers College takes loss despite strong efforts from Dkarrion Titsworth and Branden Crosslen

Recap: Will Rogers College Ropers vs. Jenks Trojans

If the Will Rogers College Ropers were feeling good off their 71-48 takedown of Tulsa CHEF on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Will Rogers College fell to Jenks 68-64. While losing is never fun, Will Rogers College can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 346th, while Jenks is ranked 115th).

Despite the loss, Will Rogers College had strong showings from Branden Crosslen, who scored 18 points along with nine rebounds and four steals, and Dkarrion Titsworth, who scored 19 points. The match was Titsworth's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Mitchell, who scored four points along with five rebounds.

Will Rogers College's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Jenks, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Will Rogers College and Memorial will face off at 7:30 p.m. on December 12th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Memorial is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 56.2 points per game. As for Jenks, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Muskogee at 8:00 p.m.
