East put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 68-55 win over the McQuaid Jesuit Knights. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 63-50 back in January.

Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Gavin Vanderwal, who posted 18 points. Henry Fox was another key player, putting up 13 points.

East's victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-0. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 81.5 points over those games. As for McQuaid Jesuit, their loss dropped their record down to 8-11.

East didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 95-78 win against Victor on the 15th. As for McQuaid Jesuit, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 68-59 defeat against Monroe on the 18th.
