Basketball Recap: Petoskey Comes Up Short

Petoskey lost against Sault Area on February 10th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Petoskey Northmen were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 36-35 to the Sault Area Blue Devils. The game marked the Northmen's lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Petoskey's loss dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Sault Area, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 15-5.

Coming up, Petoskey will look to defend their home court on Thursday against St. Francis at 7:00 p.m. Sault Area does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
