Volleyball Recap: Cadott Extends Winning Streak to Three

Cadott waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Colfax Vikings by a score of 2-0. The Hornets were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Vikings, so the Hornets were just returning the favor.

Haley Mathison paced Cadott's offense, picking up 12 kills. Mathison got some help from Karlee Davis and her 25 assists. Sydney Spaeth and Kollyns Zastrow kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Cadott's win bumped their record up to 22-9. As for Colfax, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-16.

Cadott has already played their next match (against Grantsburg), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Colfax, they will take on Boyceville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
