Volleyball Recap: Cadott's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Cadott entered their tilt with Colfax on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 2-0. The Hornets were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Vikings, so the Hornets were just returning the favor.

Haley Mathison paced Cadott's offense, picking up 12 kills. Mathison got some help from Karlee Davis and her 25 assists. Sydney Spaeth and Kollyns Zastrow kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Cadott's victory bumped their record up to 22-9. As for Colfax, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-16.

Cadott has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Grantsburg on the 11th. As for Colfax, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Chetek-Weyerhaeuser on the 11th.
