Soccer Recap: Spring Creek Takes a Loss

Spring Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Churchill County Greenwave. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Churchill County this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in September.

Spring Creek's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Churchill County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3-2 record this season.

Spring Creek wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Fernley on the 17th. As for Churchill County, they have also already played their next contest, a 5-0 defeat against Elko on the 18th.
