Volleyball Recap: Clear Falls Knights vs. Friendswood Mustangs
Clear Falls was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Friendswood Mustangs. The Knights were not able to make up for their loss to the Mustangs from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.
Clear Falls started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 26-28, 25-19, 25-8, 25-11.

Despite the defeat, Clear Falls saw an underclassman step up: freshman Cabrina Vanderford had 13 digs and two aces. Those 13 digs set a new season-high mark for Vanderford. Sophie Flores also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.
