Northwest waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They managed a 39-35 victory over the Iota Bulldogs. This was payback for the Raiders, who suffered a 62-27 loss the last time these two teams met.

Northwest pushed their record up to 18-5 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.4 points per game. As for Iota, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.

Northwest will take on East Feliciana at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Iota, they will square off against Pine Prairie at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
