Football Recap: Olmsted Falls Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Olmsted Falls can now relate to. They took a blow against the Avon Eagles on Friday, falling 46-13. The Bulldogs were red-hot offensively heading into the matchup (they scored no less than 31 points in the four contests prior), but the Eagles' defense proved too tough.

Olmsted Falls' loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Avon, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 10-1.

As of now, neither Olmsted Falls nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
