Volleyball Game Preview: David City Scouts vs. Milford Eagles

David City is 2-8 against Milford since October of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Scouts will head out on the road to challenge the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with David City sitting on six straight wins and Milford on 15.

On Monday, David City earned a 2-0 victory over Tri County.

David City easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Milford was able to grind out a solid win over Sandy Creek on Monday, taking the game 2-0.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Milford was: they took both sets by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-3, 25-13.

David City's record now sits at 18-7. As for Milford, their record is now 22-1.
