Football Recap: Mission Bay Skates Past Olympian with Ease + How To Watch

While Mission Bay put up plenty of points on Thursday, the same can't be said for Olympian. The Buccaneers blew past the Eagles, posting a 47-0 victory. Considering the Buccaneers have won five matchups by more than 22 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Mission Bay's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mia Siqueiros, who threw for 240 yards and five TDs while completing 76.2% of her passes, and also rushed for 41 yards. Those five passing touchdowns gave Siqueiros a new career-high. Alegra Camacho was in the mix too, providing Mission Bay with three touchdowns.

Mission Bay didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Olympian to a completion percentage of just 46.8%. That dominant aerial defense primarily came from three players: Jade Pele, Isa Aray, and Sienna Zana, who each logged two passes deflected. Given Siqueiros' standout performance, it's clear Olympian's secondary just wasn't on the same level.

The win made it two in a row for Mission Bay and bumps their season record up to 8-1-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.5 points over those games. As for Olympian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.
