Cabot came tearing into Thursday's game with ten straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Bryant Hornets 3-0. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Hornets walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Cabot never let Bryant on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-22, 25-18.

Oliva Ambeau paced Cabot's offense, picking up 12 kills. Ambeau got some help from Mecate Marsh and her 23 assists. Ambeau was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Despite the loss, Bryant still got an impressive performance from Katelynn Farrell, who had four digs and three aces.

Cabot's victory bumped their record up to 18-1. As for Bryant, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-7-3.

Cabot has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Mount St. Mary Academy on the 22nd. As for Bryant, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Ozark on the 20th.
