Softball Preview: St. James Tigers vs. Sullivan Eagles        
        
		
             St. James is 0-10 against Sullivan since October of 2015 but things could change  on Tuesday. The St. James Tigers will be playing at home against the Sullivan Eagles  at 4:30  p.m. Sullivan took a loss in their last  contest and will be looking to turn the tables on St. James, who comes in off a win.
 St. James is headed in fresh off scoring the most  runs they have all season. They were the clear victor by  a  26-1 margin over Laquey on Monday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Tigers considering their two-run performance the  match before.
 The team  relied heavily on  Baylee Jones, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Addalye Felan, who  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, St. James  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .857. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
 Meanwhile, Sullivan came up short against Union on Tuesday and fell  8-4.
 The  win snapped St. James' losing streak at three games  and leaves them with a 3-15 record. As for Sullivan, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost six of their last eight games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record  this season.
