Soccer Game Preview: Kennedy vs. Parlier

The Kennedy Thunderbirds will square off against the Parlier Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Kennedy is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They beat Mammoth by a goal, winning 3-2.

Diego Marin and Isaias Perez scored all three of Kennedy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Meanwhile, while the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Parlier who was credited with the victory on Friday. Parlier got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to Wonderful College Prep Academy's two. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with Wolves: they've now won five in a row.

Parlier's victory bumped their record up to 14-11. As for Kennedy, they now have a winning record of 8-7.
