Soccer Recap: Eastern Takes a Loss

Eastern's game on Thursday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Blackford Bruins by a score of 1-0. Eastern have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Eastern's loss dropped their record down to 3-8-1. As for Blackford, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-7 record this season.

Eastern has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Wabash on the 27th. Blackford has also already played their next contest (against Marion), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
