Asheville entered their tilt with Erwin on Tuesday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 19-25, 25-8, 25-13.

Gabby Rollins paced Asheville's offense, picking up 17 kills. Rollins got some help from Elyse Burchfield and her 15 assists. Rosalie Sharp controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Asheville's victory bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Erwin, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-6.
