Flag Football Recap: Castilleja Find Success

While Castilleja didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-12), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They snuck past the Watsonville Wildcatz with a 12-8 victory on Saturday.

Castilleja is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.8 points on average over those games. As for Watsonville, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.

Castilleja wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 25-6 victory against Harbor on the 4th. As for Watsonville, they have also already played their next contest, a 12-6 defeat against Las Lomas on the 4th.
