Tupelo is a perfect 7-0 against Saltillo since December of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Golden Wave will welcome the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Tupelo's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Saltillo's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Tupelo took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They never let Lafayette get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for Tupelo in their matchups with Lafayette: they've now won eight in a row.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last match, Saltillo made sure to put some goals up on the board against Ripley on Monday. They had just enough and edged out Ripley 4-3.

The win got Saltillo back to even at 3-3. As for Tupelo, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1-1.

Tupelo beat Saltillo 3-1 in their previous meeting back in January. Will the Golden Wave repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
