Volleyball Recap: Georgetown Comes Up Short

Georgetown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the St. John's Prep Eagles.

Georgetown's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for St. John's Prep, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-12.

Coming up, Georgetown will square off against Greater Lawrence Tech at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. St. John's Prep has already played their next match (against Essex Tech), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
