Football Recap: Oakdale Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Oakdale was feeling good fresh off their 36-12 takedown of Sunbright last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles took a 22-16 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wartburg Central Bulldogs on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 48-38 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Oakdale has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for Wartburg Central, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.
