Camelback had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 43 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 33-14 win over the North Mustangs. That's more bragging rights for the Spartans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Camelback's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Angel Neria, who threw for 262 yards and three TDs while picking up 11.9 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 101 yards on only five carries. The Spartans are undefeated when Neria posts 250 or more passing yards, but 0-5 otherwise. Christian Lee was another key rusher, rushing for 170 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 8.5 yards per carry.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Camelback was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 372 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 203 rushing yards in four consecutive matchups.

Although North took the loss, they still got scores from Aiden Galaviz and Koa Williams.

Camelback's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for North, their loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-7.

Camelback wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 67-21 win against Central on the 31st. As for North, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-0 victory against Browne on the 31st.
