Soccer Game Preview: Union vs. Rockwood Summit

For the first time this season, Union will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will venture away from home to take on the Rockwood Summit Falcons at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Union knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Rockwood Summit likes a good challenge.

Union had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the eight-goal drubbing they dealt Owensville on Thursday. Union put the hurt on Owensville with a sharp 8-0 win. The victory continues a trend for Union in their matchups with Owensville: they've now won eight in a row.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Friday Rockwood Summit sidestepped Parkway West for a 2-1 win.
