It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Jefferson had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Chamberlain Storm, sneaking past 6-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Dragons have posted against the Storm since March 11, 2017.

The team relied heavily on Ethan Savinon, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March.

Jefferson's win bumped their record up to 15-7-1. As for Chamberlain, their loss dropped their record down to 10-13.
