Baseball Recap: Juab Takes a Loss

Juab and Canyon View squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Juab had to settle for second. They fell 7-4 to the Falcons. That's two games in a row now that the Wasps have lost by exactly three runs.

Kai Hansen and Jimmy Larsen did some serious damage despite the final result: Hansen went 3-for-4 with two RBI, while Larsen got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI.

This is the second loss in a row for Juab and nudges their season record down to 25-7. As for Canyon View, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 27-5.

As of now, neither Juab nor the Falcons have any future games scheduled.
