Volleyball Recap: Frederick Baptist Academy Finds Home Court Redemption Against Woodlawn Baptist Academy

There's no place like home for Frederick Baptist Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Woodlawn Baptist Academy Wolverines on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Patriots: when they faced off against the Wolverines back in September, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

Frederick Baptist Academy was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-22, 12-25.

The victory got Frederick Baptist Academy back to even at 4-4. As for Woodlawn Baptist Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Frederick Baptist Academy and Calvary Baptist will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 4:30 p.m. on the 17th. As for Woodlawn Baptist Academy, they will be playing at home against Calvary Baptist Church Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
