Copan was sadly handed a defeat on Monday, but Peyton Call did his best to prevent it. Call tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The effort marked the fewest hits he has had since back in March.

Call and Copan will challenge Oklahoma Bible at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. Sadly, Call's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Hornets' six-game streak of wins at home.
