It was a proper cat-fight when Delta duked it out with Grand Valley on Tuesday. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Cardinals. Delta haven't had any issues with Grand Valley recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Delta hit Grand Valley with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Orijah Hottinger (2), Kayden Coral, and Trenton Sukle.

The victory got Delta back to even at 1-1. As for Grand Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Delta will head out to challenge Montrose at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grand Valley, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Gunnison at 11:00 a.m. on September 6.
