Volleyball Recap: Sports Leadership & Management Comes Up Short

The Sports Leadership & Management Wolves came up short against the Mater Lakes Academy Bears on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-16, 25-8.

Kai Castro paced Sports Leadership & Management's offense, picking up five kills. Castro got some help from Matheo Guiyesse and his seven assists. Castro was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Sports Leadership & Management's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Mater Lakes Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Sports Leadership & Management nor Mater Lakes Academy have any future games scheduled.
