Basketball Game Preview: Armstrong Trojans vs. Georgetown-Ridge Farm Buffaloes

The Armstrong Trojans will head out on the road to take on the Georgetown-Ridge Farm Buffaloes at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Friday, Armstrong lost to Westville at home by a 67-51 margin. The defeat continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now lost nine in a row.

Meanwhile, Georgetown-Ridge Farm came up short against Hoopeston on Friday and fell 56-47. The Buffaloes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Georgetown-Ridge Farm's loss dropped their record down to 4-25. As for Armstrong, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-9.

Everything came up roses for Armstrong against Georgetown-Ridge Farm in their previous matchup back in January, as the squad secured a 55-25 win. Will Armstrong repeat their success, or does Georgetown-Ridge Farm have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
