Basketball Recap: Sierra Lutheran Comes Up Short

Sierra Lutheran lost against Incline last Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Sierra Lutheran Falcons were dealt a 70-33 loss at the hands of the Incline Highlanders. The Falcons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-10.

Tommy Williams continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Incline, dropping a triple-double on 28 points, 15 rebounds, and 11 assists. Williams has been hot for a while, having posted 15 or more points the last 20 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Halen Hanson, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten boards.

Sierra Lutheran has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season. As for Incline, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-5.

Sierra Lutheran has already played their next contest (against Silver Stage), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Incline has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Yerington.
